Helping you connect more deeply with the heaing, love, and wisdom within...

This page is under reconstruction! The Learning Exchange was great but it is no more. Please visit another page on my website while I revamp and revise.

Welcome to my page about The Learning Exchage!

The Learning Exchange is a nonprofit community based educational activity designed to:
    • increase the number of people who get together in their homes, business locations, and other community settings to share common interests and learn new skills,
    • enhance the sense of community in the Bowie/Crofton/Mitchellville area and surrounding communities,
    • Maintain, expand, and deepen our human connections in this fast-paced and technology-oriented society.

I founded the Learning Exchange with four other women in the Fall of 2002. Since then, several of us have moved on to other interests, and I no longer put in long hours for catalog production and distribution. But my contacts and friendships with these women continue, and The Learning Exchange itself continues as a major resource for educational activities in the Bowie-Crofton-Mitchellville, MD areas.

The Learning Exchange catalog can be found at the Bowie and Crofton libraries, Bowie Borders bookstore, Bowie Healthways, David's Market on Annapolis Road, Safeway at the Market Place, and Safeway at the Town Center.

And we mail the catalog to about 2000 people who have taken our classes, been clients, or for some other reason got on our mailing list.

The easiest way to see the classes which I have to offer through the Learning Exchange is to click here or on the Navigation Bar labelled Classes.

When you are ready to leave my web site, you can visit the Learning Exchange website by clicking here. This web site presents in summary form all of the classes currently offered through The Learning Exchange.

You can also go directly to the web sites of The Learning Exchange board members: Marcia Fairweather, Anne Marie Gabrielle (me), Sandy Lundahl, and Dee Stennett .

Or if you'd like to get out and be active, click Patrice LeBlond to learn about belly dancing classes.
